This is a complimentary service we offer to former clients without an active subscription. Bug fixes are normally covered under active maintenance agreements, so we're offering this as a one-time courtesy to help resolve critical issues.

By submitting a bug report, you agree to the following:Submission Limits
We'll support a limited number of bug reports submitted by the agreed-upon deadline. You'll receive confirmation via email specifying how many reports we can accept. Reports beyond this limit will not be reviewed or acknowledged.Scope
This service is strictly for bugs—functionality that is broken or not working as originally intended. We cannot accept requests for enhancements, design changes, feature additions, or refinements. These will be declined without review.Resolution Authority
We have sole discretion in determining when a bug is fixed. Once a report is marked as resolved and closed, it cannot be reopened.No Delivery Commitments
We cannot provide estimated completion dates or timelines. Bug fixes will be addressed as our availability permits.
